Cosmetic Procedures:

Breast enlargement, also known as Augmentation Mammoplasty, with either saline or the FDA approved silicone-gel implants used to enlarge small breasts.  Breast reduction surgery can alleviate back and neck pain as well as other physical symptoms caused by excessive breast weight.  A breast lift procedure can help reshape breasts that have lost their shape from aging or having children.  We offer nipple enhancement for women suffering from asymmetry, troublesome areola coloration, damage to the nipple or loss of a nipple due to abnormal development, injury or disease.  We also remove and replace implants for patients who want to increase or decrease in size, correct asymmetry, correct a defective implant, or a number of other factors.

Reconstructive Procedures:

Even breasts that appear identical, when carefully analyzed, can be seen to be different. Although these differences are often inconsequential, they can be significant enough to be a cause of embarrassment or insecurity.  In these cases, surgery can be very effective in improving symmetry and increasing self esteem.  Dr. Brill has both the experience and expertise to discuss with you the various options available and which procedures, in combination or alone, that would be best for you.

Reconstructive breast surgery is a surgical procedure that is intended to restore the normal appearance of the breast after surgery, accidental injury, or trauma and is among the most commonly performed surgery in the United States.  Sometimes the results can be less than optimal. Capsular contracture, disease, widening of the areola, size issues, and poor scarring are just a few of the many problems that can occur.  Roger T. Brill, MD, FACS is sensitive to these problems and understands that the emotional toll on the patient can be significant.  As this is a special interest of his, he sees patients who have had surgery from all over the world.  From patients who have been operated on in South America (medical tourism), to patients operated on by respected surgeons in the local community, Dr. Brill has used his experience, attention to detail, and caring touch to improve the results of those patients whose outcome was less than what they had hoped for.
